Arte Suave Notes: Mindset

Teaching a class requires preparation. I make sure my head is in it all the time. I don't want 

to waste my teammate's time by giving them a sub-par lesson and/or experience while 

training with me. My students/teammates/training partners have been the key to my success. 

When they get better then I get better as well....

Clear your head. Be in this moment. Breathe in the vibe and make it worth the time. Keep it simple. Make them understand. Make them appreciate the concept. Allow them to innovate. Be patient. Be mindful of the details. Listen. Make them drill it. Make them better than me. Turn them into weapons.
